I have been training with Sami Tertar twice a week. Sami has been absolutely fantastic in a quiet but extremely knowledgeable way, he has guided and 'encouraged' me to get to places in terms of my own capabilities and performance that I would never have thought possible. I have lost 10lbs weight, really gained in strength and transformed the look and feel of my body ! and if you ever thought that age should in some way preclude exercise, then I should let you know that I am 63 years old and have an artificial hip.
